Peggy has more than 23 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She helps with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Business Insurance and Life Insurance. Originally from Maryland, she moved to Winchester in 1990 with her family. Peggy loves introducing newcomers to the Winchester area. When she is not working, she spends time with her family and attending sports games. Peggy is a BIG sports fan – cheering on her Nationals, Capitals, and Terrapins!

A native of Pleasant Hall, PA, Ashley brings the same warmth and friendliness to her customer care as her hometown’s name suggests. With two years of experience and licenses in Life & Health, Annuities, and Property & Casualty, she’s committed to making every customer interaction as smooth and pleasant as possible. Outside of work, Ashley’s creativity shines through her musical background as a violinist, while her love for baking and board games makes her the perfect host! At home, she enjoys the company of her two cats, Ovi and Izzy.

Jen is from Stephen’s City, Virginia, and she brings 2 years of solid experience in the insurance industry. She is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health, ensuring that our customers receive the coverage that is tailored to their needs. When she’s not helping customers protect what matters most, Jen loves to unwind by playing her acoustic guitar and expressing her creativity through drawing. She is also a proud pet parent to a dog named Winnie, and a cat named Annie, making her home as lively as her professional life.

Born in Long Island and raised here in Winchester, Ronald comes from a Salvadoran family with a strong sense of community. Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, he draws on his real estate background to offer our customers a well-rounded approach to their insurance needs. Outside of work, he’s an avid traveler and athlete, spending his free time running, playing soccer, and engaging in the fast-paced game of pickleball. Ronald also gives back to his community as the head coach of the James Wood High School varsity soccer team, mentoring the next generation of athletes.

A local of Winchester, Avery is a key member of our acquisitions team, handling customer inquiries over the phone. Although he’s new to the role, Avery brings a unique perspective from his time as a helicopter mechanic in the Marines. Outside of work, Avery enjoys winding down with audio books, video games, and quiet nights at home with his cat, Freyja. While he’s a cat parent for now, Avery has a soft spot for big dogs and hopes to welcome one into his home someday.

Originally from sunny southern Arizona, Eliana has embraced Virginia as her home for the past six years. As a Marketing Associate, she manages both the marketing initiatives and social media presence for our State Farm agent, bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and direction to the team. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Eliana combines her academic insights with her passion for fashion, music, and travel, fueling her innovative approach to marketing. When she’s not working or studying, she enjoys singing and spending time with her two playful dogs, Ruby and Bruno, a sibling pair of pug-pom-poo’s.

Originally from El Salvador, Janet brings two decades of expertise at a dealership to her new role here at T D Clayton - State Farm. Eager for a career switch, Janet’s wealth of experience ensures that she brings a fresh perspective and strong customer service skills to the insurance industry. When she’s not at work, Janet enjoys staying active by playing tennis and relaxing with a good book. At home, she’s accompanied by her adorable Bichon-Poodle, who keeps her on her toes!
